At ADDICT CLOTHES, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a courier pickup at your convenience.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our workshop receives and inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
